At Quality Home Flooring Store, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • You must initiate the return or exchange process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Custom or made-to-order items (e.g., Engineered Wood Flooring, Solid Wood Flooring)
  • Installation Tools
  • Opened or used products

Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you opted for free shipping, the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please indicate the replacement product in your initial email. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement product to you. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us.
